I usually make my Aim_Start animation about 5, and my Aim_Stop animation 5, too. It helps to make the final product on the sixty mark(Click on the 60 in the timeline thingy on the bottom), then fill in the rest with extra detail(Click a frame where you wanna add a detail, make the pose, and hit I). Your guy needs to go from that position that he's in when you start up the animation thing in Sources, to the equip, ready to fire thingy (I'm assuming your trying to make a gun). Blender will fill in the inbetween for you. More details on this can be found on different tutorials, you already have a rig, so you just need to get the position right and hit I.
